Where is the age requirement for the sick bank bonus you described? As flying boxes pointed out, after the section you described it says plus, if you are 54 or older.....
So you are saying that someone who was 53 and 11 months on Nov 2, 2015 and gave a years notice couldn't reitre at age 62 in Dec 2023 and get the sick bank bonus? That is simply not true.
