With 20 years to go there is very little chance that you could make WB CA at AA. The average DAL pilot makes more than the average AA pilot. They also have a lot more international flying and quicker upgrades. If it was me I would go to DAL unless you wanted to live in DFW, CLT, or MIA. Good luck.
