Pilot Counseling Services (now owned by Spitfire) is far and away the best answer you're going to get on here. Judy Tarver, Maureen and others on the team worked in pilot hiring at AA for decades. Looks like the package is now $700. You could probably get by with aviationinterviews.com, but is it really worth leaving anything on the table when it comes to a legacy interveiw?
