Prepared extensively for interview and was genuinly excited. Once the virtual interview opportunity arrived, I was surprised they did not promote the company at all. Absolutely nothing positive about their culture, benefits, etc. The interview team spent most of their time explaining the negatives at Avelo (low training spots, pilot pool, domicile purgatory in new locations, etc). Received notification that I was being placed in their applicant "pilot pool." Notice stated clearly that Avelo would be in regular contact to update status.
Not received update in months - got it.
