Not so at Horizon. The aircraft that you are hired into as a new hire is the aircraft you stay in thoughout your Horizon FO career. There is no switching of aircraft. Therefore a senior FO that flys the Dash 8-200 gets paid RJ pay. A junior RJ pilot gets paid Dash 8-200 pay. Confused yet?
