Do we have recruiters? Not sure we do. Showing up at 2005 Cargo Rd and giving the receptionist a resume packet probably does more. We're still that kinda airline.
In the last class of twelve there was one WQ guy. But mostly regional (5) and Zero to Hero Cessna Bridge Students (4). Plus one corporate bubba and one non-pilot management type. So, yeah, apply. But don't commute to this airline. Living in base as an ERJ regional pilot is a better life.
That said, if you want DAL you should consider Sunny. Atlanta is inordinately targeting Sunny pilots for assessment/interview.
