I successfully completed the UPS interview in Nov 22 with a Jan 23 available date, and obviously sat in the pool since then while working for a major. Despite seniority here, I remained excited about UPS but draining the pool and having me start the entire process over again seems disrespectful of time and effort I already invested. I'll pass on re-applying. I know the company doesn't care, but I say that for any reader who may be able to influence HR processes in the future.
