I just don’t agree. The vast majority of times we’re interacting with our pax are when our jacket is off, so why does it matter whether our jacket is iconic or not?
Because it’s what your employer, that you agreed to work for, asked you to wear???
Im a big fan of changing to get more comfortable and functional, but until we get to that point I’ll wear what they ask.
