The stated number for furloughs already have attrition baked into the calculation. It’s not like everyone is hiring a crazy amount right now. I’d imagine come September not enough have left and it’s a higher number getting furloughed.
Yep absolutely. IF attrition picks up (that’s a big if in the current environment) the numbers may end up hopefully being less, but seems to be that management is targeting a 3200 pilot group initially(9/1) reducing closer to 3000 next year.
