spirit management is to blame yes. Biden administration is 100% to blame. If they had not contested the merger it would be half way completed and some bank would have infused plenty of cash to overcome any headwinds until we could start making money w an 8000 pilot airline and diversified profitable product line.
Please correct me if I'm wrong here. Didn't Spirit shareholders vote in favor of the JB merger over the F9 merger? Didn't NK management warn shareholders that they were not confident that a JB merger would be approved? So if NK mgmt warned against a JB merger and the shareholders voted for the JB merger anyway, is there not an argument here that the NK shareholders have a large share of the responsibility for the current situation?
