When the greatest thing about working at Spirit is being able to not work at Spirit by dropping to zero, that says it all about the operation, the management, and the CBA including pay and retirement. Otherwise it’s just a group of pilots willing to fly the same Airbuses on the same Jet Routes between the same cities as their Legacy counterparts, all for .60 cents on the Legacy Dollar.
