As you were saying AEFO this course goes in depth with systems, and limitations and is great for any lower time guy. We will be getting about 40 hrs in the CRJ sim and have very experienced instructors teaching us. It's giving us a view into a jet cockpit, checklists, flows, profiles and FMS before we get to Eagle. Which I feel is way better than just having 800-1000 hrs as an instructor and going straight to Eagles training. And I'm not saying that 800-1000 hr guys can't do it because before all this low time stuff that's how it was and it was fine (imho).

At the end of the course we'll have a PC, and a checkride with an oral that we have to pass before we can even get to Eagle.

Anyway, sorry bout the attitude earlier. I hope you enjoy Eagle, I look forward to it.
