What about something as simple as base trades? If hiring does stop in the future and two people on the same equipment want to swap bases, it would be nice if we had a monthly process for that at least.
Smells like it would abrogate seniority. I.e. if a senior person who also wants to swap to the other base gets passed over because junior made a deal with a pilot in the other base, abrogation. The AE process already provides a seniority-driven path to swapping bases. But yea, continuing to be monthly would be nice.
