Haha, i like how everyone thinks that we're no good at anything but flying and the world will come to an end if we leave.

I'm of the school of thought that if you're miserable you're miserable. Some people aren't cut out for this life, its a hard life and we have to make a lot of sacrifices to do it. Yeah we get paid to fly, but not much.

We're all smart guys and gals, there was a study a few years back concerning the level of intellect that pilots have. We're often ranked on par with doctors, lawyers and other high level professionals with regards to IQ levels. Take it with a grain of salt but its not easy getting to the airlines.

Anyone here could easily make a successful life doing something else if they put the effort into they put into flying.
