edit: seems simple enough, but I also don’t think delta can limit it to swaps only. So Delta potentially eats a training bill if the senior person wants to change planes to a diff plane and base. Also creating another secondary opening that may require training.

They could run daily AEs with each catagory being a single AE. 10 positions each and they can limit the number of positions awarded.
