Agreed 100%. If this place is so bad, it really shouldnt matter how long you have been here, however that is a harder sell than just spamming "go to AA". News flash, everyone airline sucks in one way or another and every one of them will at one point be "thee" place to be and at another "thee" place to not be. Just pick one, settle in and enjoy the ride. We can argue hypothetical career earnings until we are blue in the face however there is no way of knowing until its too late anyway, as any number of events could derail the argument.
