I can understand getting bumped from the left seat losing pay and status. But to say that you are going back to invisible insults me.

My question to both you and your friend is: did either of you spend even a moment considering what the bottom First Officer would be facing in the above mentioned parking of some 73's? Sort of brings to mind the following: "I once saw a man with no shoes and I cried, then I saw a man with no legs." Your friends comments were fine, if only he had kept them to himself, however, once he said them aloud, with no consideration to those below (seniority wise) him, he showed his true colors.
