Pat D is not a manager more like a D******G in charge with a condescending tone in every email and update. Schedules are changing and become more and more exhausting, and the TA won’t protect us since the other Pat massively negotiated everything away. Management’s new direction is freight forwarding model that relies on other companies flying fedex cargo, and the TA doesn’t protect our jobs and WONT protect it in the future because they are dishonest group that won’t allow for a tougher scope language to pass.
Anyway, that’s their business model and good for them but I wish they would stop
lying about what the future of the pilot group gonna look like and just admit that they want us to do mostly domestic flying with very few Intl trips and not grow anymore. 32 years left in this industry will be leaving fedex soon, what a great waste of time from this disorganized organization. I hope Dick Smith can go hug Raj more when this model fails miserably and they lose market share to UPS.
