I was in a Feb class. Didn't get ORD out of training. I estimate that I should be able to get ORD by the end of the summer. But fresh out of training hasn't happened for a few months. I think it's because lots of commuters that live east of ORD want to shorten their commute but that's just my $.02. It changes so much though, there was about 7 months where no new hires/low seniority peeeps were able to get in to ORD. That has since changed.
