Both programs produce good results. I'm speaking from the experience of having given the sim checkrides. I just did 2 F/O rides on Friday. Both passed, but the pilot that had been through a transition course with lower time did much better than the "higher" time CFI. It's the "1000 HR CFIs" that are having trouble getting through our sim course. Regardless of your background, experience, or "options" I wish you the best of luck.
machman,
I certainly don't disagree on the value of the course. It is a real blessing for low timers. However, considering your position, is AE suspending this course as mentioned earlier?
Thanks in advance.
