I was hired in 1990. At some point shortly thereafter we got a 2% pay raise (I think). In 1995, when we entered self-help under ALPA I the company imposed some parts of its last contract proposal. Specifically, another very small (2%?) pay increase + they increased the longevity ladder to 15 years (meaning it now takes three more years to make top pay).
