Just deduction. They filled April with early January CJO's. I'm a mid January CJO. So, I figured I should be part of the July group. That's not considering any stragglers from last year that somehow didn't get a date.
The company uses some ratio of 135/121/mil backgrounds per class. So if there are a ton of stragglers from your background, you might get a class date later than folks that got a CJO after you.
