We have FO's reaching 1000 hours and upgrading and we've been somewhat overstaffed on FOs so it's making the FO/CA ratio even out. The airline isn't really growing (we need more planes for that and we're not getting them for multiple reasons which I'm not going to discuss here), but we're not doing poorly either right now (if I had to guess I think we're probably somewhat profitable for the first time in a long while), just not growing.
