I asked him to reconsider posting the link to the MDW SWA crash photo as a "funny picture" (considering the fatality of a young boy). The off forum dialog proved that we would all be better off with that user posting elsewhere. After that dialog, I edited the post to remove the link to the photo in question picture.
I also removed a user this week who posted graphic photos (and I mean graphic) to the CAL mechanic who was killed in a engine run-up accident.
