And YES you do need the XLR to do what the NEO CANT do because the NEO doesn’t have enough gas and isn’t ETOPS….yet.
For what it’s worth they can install the ACTs during a long overnight. NEOs have the panel for them and the fuel lines are already installed. No sense in dragging empty tanks around while the 75’s are still on property. No idea if that’s the plan or not but the added range is essentially a hand wave away.
