That post is referring to the FAA minimums which are the same across all 121 airlines. There are no additional Delta minimus. If you can hold it, you can bid captain here on day 1.
Can’t you bid it day 1 regardless? You just won’t go to training until you have FAA min hours (and no pay protection while building the hours)
