Pilotless airliner cockpits won't touch the career of anyone over the age of 25 flying passengers today. Hell Boeing can't get anything right. Airbus has been working on it but it will take a new aircraft type to get it certified and then legislation and public trust to roll it out. Ain't happening no matter how fast AI tech is advancing.
I'm more worried about AI fighter planes and the computers that control them creating a Terminator scenario that wipes us all out sooner. Did none of the people working on this stuff ever see that movie? I give humanity less than 50 years at the rate AI tech is becoming self aware.
