The maintenance, turn, swap, DH, wx thing is key to me. If you're ok with the sleep/timezone thing, it's incredible. So much better than the NB grind. Got bumped below the gline the last couple months, but so far reserve has also been amazing. Money is great and all, but I need more than that to go back to NB.
