Barger and Co. have been trying to crack the rules at LGB (i.e trying to get the E90 to use Commuter slots) seems unlikely considering SkyWest is seeing trouble getting the 75,250LB CR7 in under the 75k MTOW limit. At least that's the rumor I heard today, take it with a grain.
