cmon man. This whole seniority thing is a big pyramid scheme. If people don’t eventually fall off the top then no one will want to start at the bottom. We all know how seniority works and agreed to the rules of this game when we started. Continuing to change them in the middle of the game just cause it benefits you is disingenuous at best. All we want is the status quo we started the game with. No one cares if you want to keep flying. Just not at the 121 carriers. There’s plenty of other jobs you can keep flying at last 65 if you just can’t stop working.
