I interviewed with a guy in Feb that got a TBNT in Oct or Nov of last year. The timeline may not be accurate anymore with the slowdown in hiring, but it’s as least a data point.
Availability date changed due to military orders. Got pushed back beyond the 6 month timeline for the CJO. So CJO was “declined”…Delta said, “
Thank you for giving us the chance to consider you for employment as a Delta Pilot. This letter serves as confirmation that you have declined our Conditional Job Offer…We invite you to update your application once you have a confirmed date of separation and a reliable date of availability. You do not need to submit a new application. Your current application will be available for review and consideration as long as you provide updates at least once every 90 days.”
