Not at UAL but at AA and made this jump a few years ago. I have three little kids and more than 25 years left. I've got plenty of time to make more money. I didn't want to be a transient father and wanted to be present as much as possible. You can't buy back more time and to me these years where my kids are young are priceless and the most time they will ever want to spend with me.
