You really think the company would allow 0 hr lines with the ability to choose your own schedule? Yeah right. If they're overstaffed, they prob want you to take time off and not pay you a cent...at all. Not give you the ability to credit 150+ on premium...that doesn't help their bottom line. Guys on ETO/EXTO were not allowed to pick up, I assume the same thing would apply to any other leave program. ETO would give people the ability to take a month off with "some" pay/NEC....not sure how that would play into your MBE for LOL purposes if you went out anytime within a year after taking the time off.
