If the company is serious when they say they want to grow (and they should be serious about that if they want to appease shareholders) then they better get good a deal done for us. Otherwise, FOs (and some captains) will continually jump ship to greener pastures once Boeing gets its act together and hiring picks back up more (probably sometime next year) and they won't be able to keep anyone except those who have been here too long to start over on another seniority list.
