An idiot, a BSr, a fool that proped himself to a level that only he and a few truly believed in. The company knows what it will give to the pilot group that will benefit them and their plans. When Maury negotiated directly with that idiot (AR) he extended an olive branch to the pilots, in hopes to get Robles to grasp "The business model"; in hopes he would understand that in this business it takes some giving and taking. But Robles was so arrogant, that he missed the opportunity to find common ground and provide a win to the pilots while giving a win to the ********ng people that sign the checks.

Robles failed miserably. Has "leverage" been lost?, maybe, but only if the majority of the pilot group wants to bite the hand that feeds them. The MAJORITY OF THIS PILOT GROUP DEMANDS THESE THINGS...

1- INDUSTRY STANDARD PAY FOR A319/320
2- INDUSTRY STANDARD LTD
3- INDUSTRY STANDARD DC 401K
4- INDUSTRY LEADING SCOPE
5- INDUSTRY STANDARD MIN DAY GUARANTEE
6- INDUSTRY STANDARD DUTY RIG

KEEP ALLEGIANT WHAT MAKES ALLEGIANT. BUT COMPESATE YOUR PILOTS ACCORDINGLY!!!! You CANNOT FU*** PILOTS FOR FREE. Keep your business model, but don't think for one second that it will WON'T COST YOU. Wanna keep your business model? Pay up! Because without paying, it's straight up abuse!!!
I don't disagree with much of what you said.
However I do find it humorous when someone starts to talk about the company in regards to what they can and cannot do haha. Yes, they have all the leverage they need to keep doing whatever the hell the want. They can absolutely continue to FU** pilots for free (or at the current rate).
Here's what why:
- Classes are filled
- Hiring is shrinking at present time but even if/when it ramps back up they'll fill classes no problem
- Profits are still flowing just fine
- Attrition is dropped tremendosly.
- They don't care if it's "abuse" and apparently we don't either because... attrition is fine.
