Can you be denied a reserve line if coverage is so bad in your category? Last few months I've been bidding for reserve first with just a few days off (that I couldn't hold) and have only gotten a line. Didn't use "all or nothing" or "else start next group"
Did anyone junior to you get Reserve? I'm sure you know that it is certainly possible to be too junior to hold reserve in some categories, especially WB in the winter...
