United pilots, I fly heavily to most of your hubs and welcome at least 1 or 2 of you every single trip. You are more than welcome to sit anywhere on my airplane. The many should never pay for the sins of the one. No bribes necessary. I just ask the same in return. I would even welcome the young lady in question, but not before having a long chat behind a closed door with someone else present.
Not welcome in my cockpit. Actions have consequences. This is a big one and she should have known better if she got this far in the profession, and I'm assuming she was the one to make the call and is hiding behind her trusted friend.

Boomer alert... we have seen the erosion of personal responsibility and a generation that has grown up in artificial safe spaces. She needs to face the music if she indeed made the call, which I'm am inclined to think.
