Those factors probably also include many people at Koapaka knowing they probably won’t have a job if the merger goes through and their work will shift to those already in Seattle. To compare HA to SW is dumb. One has close to 13 billion in the bank and a profitable operation up until last quarter. The other is losing 1.5 million dollars a day.
Comparing how they treat people doesn't matter about profitability or size or if its a CJO so your point there is completely invalid. Also, as I said I am not concerned about them reducing their pilot requirement. But how they went about it was pathetic, and that is my concern.
