The results from this bid are going to look bad on paper for a few weeks. Lots of backward movement and seat losses. However, a good majority of it will be mitigated a couple weeks later during the system bid. All of it? No, but a lot of it. We are net positive airframes in 2025 not to mention the extension of the old birds.

There will still be some very junior captains that get kicked back to the left seat, but let's be honest, if the 190 wasn't going away those pilots would have never been able to hold that seat anyway. It was a temporary gig and they should have known that going into it.

The next two bids will just normalize the left seat seniority back to a historic percentage on the list.
