It was a small piece of ice. One got bought off the CA. The FO got her job back but quit. I can’t blame her either. It was one pilot that took the pics and he mentioned or showed it to an FA whose husband I believe was a CKA. Then the crap started. Neither the pic taker or FA were to concerned enough to alert the crew, but it supposedly upset the FA. That’s how I heard it anyway.
