I don't see why. You wouldn't be the first candidate with multiple CJOs. And the airline you want to accept doesn't have to know you have another offer(or even accepted but want to rescind before class). To look at it the other way, do you think airline recruiters lose sleep at night when they have to cancel a CJO due to class cancelations/schedule changes?
