The point is IF you want a particular piece of equipment, preference that over base, because you can change base almost immediately, as opposed to 1-2 years to change equipment.
Pay-band all aircraft paying equal, I do not think the 717 would stay junior. There is a lot to like, but I think the pay charts keep a lot of people away.
