It’s just a corporate governance reporting point. This was in the section near how many multiples Ed’s compensation is to the lower workers. I wouldn’t read too much into it. If you want some fun, go benchmark yourself to the Pilot Board member. Page 62 has his salary; *$0 come from being a board member.
