August bid period conversion from long call to short call goes to 18 hours (thanks, Delta!), unless converted between 12-1359, then it’s 14 hours.
there are also other reserve types to get, and some other minor bit of this and that, but yeah…August is when things get more bearable.
18 hours completely changes the game IMO. I also just recently recieved 8 hrs of OT pay for getting a visiting rsv assignment in the middle of a 6 day silo turning a 2 day pairing into a 3. Returned to base with 2 days of silo remaining. I guess I didn't realize that that rule applied to pairings assigned on rsv. Pleasant surprise. Looking forward to August!
