Well, with only a few hours of multi engine and I am guessing no jet time and no ATP, you may not be very competitive.
Singapore Airlines should ba able to answer the work permit question as they most likely have a tall stack of applications from all over, Nationals first is the usual rule.
i wish you good luck, but it is fairly easy to get a job right here in the USA now, stay here and build hours and experience, then start sending out resumes and CV's.
