The majority of the TA was concessions. They just screwed up and didn't put enough sparkles and shiny stuff on the pay raise and retro pay sections or it would have passed by the slimmest of margins. It's far easier to open the entire TA1, put on a blindfold, randomly poke your finger somewhere in that document and land on a give-back than it is to find something beneficial.
