Thanks for the replies! What I am really digging at is this. If CP awards in BI are gone is it still likely to be awarded CP fairly quickly in a subsequent vacancy. In other words are there likely to be unfilled CP positions for the next little while. I am hoping to get a class in August/September and while a quick upgrade is not "expected" would be a nice bonus.
