Generally an optimist but I’m not too pleased with the news. The closer we get to the legacies the less reason to fly us imo. Our major advantage is a la carte and our price. Unfortunately our execution is crap. It does nothing to fix our cancellation rate/on time performance which are our biggest gripes. Agreeing with Herc, how are the gate agents supposed to know who bough what ticket level in a timely manner to know that bag is paid for or not? Will they care? Maybe this brings a little good will with the nickle and diming problem? I do like the free cancellation aspect. I’ll give them that.
