I strongly suspect that someone real high up on the management side had some serious buyers' remore about our contract and sometime in the past few months issued a "call to arms" to find any issue, real or mostly imagined, to try and scrape back a few pennies from the pilot group. Bad, bad policy that should backfire spectacularly.
The PR to PB thing has always been because of icrew’s inability to keep rolling the PR…so instead of fixing the root problem (probably correct to the letter of the pwa) they’re going to go back and unwind history?
I can say for certain there have been times I WOULD NOT have picked up that extra trip if it wasn’t on a PB day (thus generating premium and more PB’s). Will have to go audit I guess.
Can’t say this kind of crap doesn’t make me just want to let ARCOS go, particularly on weekends or the middle of the night. Short sighted witch hunt just when the op is getting back up on step. Great idea.
