Yeah if you work as a CFI or in a lower end 135/91 job, and it's the only thing available then it makes sense to jump on it or Republic's oppressive contract. It might not be a good long term strategic play but a bad day at a 121 regional is still better than a good day as a CFI or crappy 91/135. From what I can see Republic and maybe SkyWest are the only ones really hiring street FOs right now while everyone else is metering. Republic classes are booked until October.
